Ignition Switch for pre-'75 MF Diesel Tractors & Loader/Backhoes w/ Cold Start

4 position starter switch, with both clockwise (CW) and counter-clockwise (CCW) positions:

Step 0:  Off
Step 1-CW:  Start
Step 1-CCW:  Pre-heat
Step 2-CCW:  Start with pre-heat

All positions (other than 0) are spring-loaded, so key will always return to "Off" when released.  NOTE: No ignition position on this style switch.
